These peanut butter coconut treats are so easy to make and healthy for your dog too. I like taking a little extra time to make these for my dog Boomer because he loves them and they have health benefits that a lot of other treats dont have. Oatmeal, flaxseed and coconut are all really good to help dogs maintain a healthy coat and skin. These treats only take about 5 minutes to make. I mix all the ingredients into a bowl and roll them into balls to store in the fridge.
I like to use organic all natural ingredients because I feel like they are better for my dog without all the added ingredients and sweetners. I also use ground flaxseed instead of the whole seeds because it is easier to digest.
*Make sure you know your dogs allergies before trying these treats to make sure the ingredients are safe for your dog
